With more than 20 years’ experience as a recreational planner, Scott is highly regarded in the industry.

Following a successful career spanning 15 years in high level roles in state and local government, Scott pursued a consulting career in 1999.

Scott established ROSS Planning in 2003 to realise his passion for delivering high quality consulting in sport and recreation planning.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business management to all projects. He is acutely aware that resources are finite and that value for money must be realised from government expenditure.

Scott recognises that communities have aspirations for quality sport and recreation facilities and he uses his business knowledge to arrive at practical, realistic and affordable recommendations.

Scott’s friendly, approachable style enhances the clients’ experience and ensures a cooperative team of consultants and specialists bring each project to successful completion.
