The Mackay Show Association has received significant State Government funding for facility major upgrades to the Showgrounds. ROSS Planning has been engaged to develop a master plan that includes both short-term major projects (so that this funding can be used effectively) and an ultimate long-term vision. In order to produce a best-fit outcome, extensive consultation has been undertaken with both existing and potential user groups and the wider community.
